Created late 2015, Athena has grown from 0 to 22 employees in 2 years. We just moved in in a new office, and we plan to be 50 within late 2019. We are looking for a HR manager that will be in charge of recruiting new talents (mostly Developers and Project Managers), and in charge of the follow up the team (performance reviews, salary reviews…). The position will report directly to the Director.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting new talents according to the projects needs
• Leading interviews with the help of a Senior Developers and Project Managers
• Helping to structure the team as it grows
• Leading performance reviews with the staff
• Reducing turnover in organization
• Negociating salary and salary rises
• Making recommendations to executive management for improvement of the organization’s policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.
• Working with our assistant and our accountant for payrolls

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR positions
• Good communication in English and/or French
• Good knowledge of labour law of Vietnam
